For shipping we use either the U.S. Postal Service or UPS, whichever is cheaper. If your order is large enough to require palletization we will use an LTL carrier. We would imagine that it's unlikely, but in the event that you would be dissatisfied with any of our products just send us an email using the "Contact Us" link stating the reason within 30 days of placing your order and we replace/refund the order less the return shipping charges.
